
Open for Collective or Individual Membership

An Open Pension Fund is a fund set up at the initiative of a Managing Entity, with its assets necessarily represented by participation units.
When for Individual Membership, it is intended to finance Defined Contribution pension plans and only admits the membership of individuals with no ties between them, whose acceptance depends solely on the Managing Entity. When for Collective Membership, it is intended to finance pension plans of any nature for several Associates.
Open Pension Fund for Collective or Individual Membership. Established on 25 September 2008, managed by Real Vida Pensions. This Fund is marketed together with three other pension funds with different investment profiles: the Real Active Retirement Pension Fund, the Real Senior Retirement Pension Fund and the Real Guaranteed Retirement Pension Fund.
With a Capitalisation form of remuneration. This Pension Fund is specifically aimed at investors with a high risk tolerance profile or a long-term investment horizon. It has no minimum subscription.

Capitalisation
High risk tolerance or long-term investment horizon
Maximum of 2% on contributions to the Fund, as applicable and to be defined in the respective Agreement
0.25% on the amount to be redeemed, with a maximum amount of €25 per transaction
Under the legislation in force, the Management Entity is not permitted to charge fees for the transfer transaction on funds without a capital or yield guarantee
a) a fixed annual fee, calculated daily and charged quarterly, with a maximum value of 1% on the average net asset value of the Fund
b) an annual performance fee, charged at the end of each financial year, with a maximum value of 10% on the excess of the Fund's annual return above a benchmark index stipulated in the respective Collective Membership agreement
0.05% of the net asset value of the fund, calculated daily and charged monthly
