All Real Vida Seguros customers can join the HiQi platform and benefit from fuel discounts, in accordance with the terms of the partnership.

How do I sign up?

Simply download the HiQi app free of charge from the App Store or Google Play and complete your registration. Once you receive your token by text message, all you need to do is log in and your benefits are active straight away. There is nothing else for you to do — we take care of everything for you.

What is the benefit for Real Vida Seguros customers?

Real Vida Seguros customers can benefit from a discount of up to 17 cents per litre on fuel at participating stations in the HiQi network.

What does “up to 17 cents per litre” mean?

The discount may vary depending on the participating station and the conditions applicable to each fill-up. Before you confirm payment, the HiQi app shows the amount with your discount already applied. You can check that amount at any time: open the list of stations, search for the station you want and then tap the euro symbol in the top right-hand corner of the station label.

Where can I use this benefit?

The benefit can be used at participating stations in the HiQi network. You can find the location of the available stations directly in the app.

Do I have to pay through the HiQi app?

Yes. To receive the discount, both the fill-up and the payment must be made through the HiQi app.

Is there any limit on using the benefit?

Under the pre-paid option selected there is no limit on the use of the benefit.
