Pension Funds 

A Closed Pension Fund is set up by entities that share a common bond — corporate, professional, associative or social. It admits new members only with the approval of existing ones. It allows defined pension plans to be financed, tailored to the group's needs.

Management is provided by the Management Entity, which defines and executes the investment policy, monitors legal obligations, provides information to Members and ensures compliance with the plan's rules. There is also continuous monitoring of future liabilities.

A Closed Pension Fund can fund different types of pension schemes, ranging from Defined Benefit (DB) to Defined Contribution (DC), depending on the fund regulations and the needs of the Associates. The structure is flexible and can be bespoke-designed for the group.

Membership is reserved for the Associates who belong to the group with a common tie. The inclusion of new members always depends on the acceptance of the existing Associates. Individual participants do not join directly — they take part through the sponsoring entity.
