
If you have had or have knowledge and/or suspicion of any improper practice or conduct already carried out, or with a high probability of being carried out, against or through Real Vida Seguros, S.A., that constitutes a breach of national or European Union law, of its Code of Conduct or of other internal and external Regulations, you may report the situation.
The report should be made in as much detail as possible, with a description of the potentially irregular practices or conduct, the perpetrator and the date thereof, and accompanied by documentation supporting the facts, where applicable.

Reports of any situation that may constitute an irregularity will be handled in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December, and may be made anonymously or with the identification of the reporting party.
Where a means is provided for this purpose, we may make contact to clarify queries or to request or provide additional information.
The information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, secrecy and impartiality, in accordance with the personal data protection policy in force, as well as on a restricted basis (access to the report will be limited to those persons essential to its handling).
Real Vida Seguros, S.A. will inform you in writing of the follow-up to the report, in electronic format or by letter, should you have provided a contact for this purpose, unless you have expressly stated that you do not wish to be contacted about the applicable procedure.
All reports must be made in good faith and on reasonable grounds. Improper use of the reporting channel, in particular through knowingly false allegations, reports and/or reporting of situations intended to defame the person(s) concerned, or abusive reports, may, in addition to constituting possible criminal liability, be subject to the relevant internal investigation procedure.
